The room was spacious and had everything you need, including a bathtub. the highlight was the terrace that overlooked the garden, which was a really nice touch. the staff was super friendly and always there to lend a hand when needed 😊.

Perfect setting, great and amazing staff.
Location near to good restaurants, fresh market and famous coffee farm as well as Bucaramanga. Beautiful room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities.

The family room was incredibly comfortable and perfect for what we needed. A shower and bath sheets was a plus. the hotel had a particularly good location really close to good restaurants, a fresh market, and a famous coffee farm. the venue staff was very helpful and amazing.
